Our Architecture Team provides ideas, governance and consultancy to our Engineering squads, in identifying and defining cloud solutions to allow for innovative software development solving customer problems.
About the Role
The End User Architect will design and implement technology solutions that enhance the end-user experience in an enterprise environment. They will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and solution providers to ensure seamless integration of hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintain the architecture for environments, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.
  • Aligning solutions with organizational goals, identifying user needs and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Collaborating with infrastructure and security teams to designsecure, efficient, and scalable environments.
  • Analysing and optimize the end-user experience, focusing onperformance, accessibility, and ease of use across multiple platforms.
  • Driving innovation by exploring and implementing newtechnologies to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Working closely with IT leadership and business units to align strategies with business objectives.
  • Acting as the subject matter expert and advisor for end-usertechnologies in projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate expert proficiency in Microsoft Enterprise Services, including deep, hands-on expertise with Office 365, Teams, Intune, Active Directory, and Entra ID. Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of complex licensing structures across these platforms, with the ability to design, implement, and manage optimized licensing solutions for large-scale environments.
  • Showcase extensive knowledge of File and Print Systems and Advanced Storage Solutions, with the capability to manage, troubleshoot, and enhance high-availability file systems, print services, and enterprise-grade storage infrastructures.
  • Possess a profound understanding of Public Cloud Services, with substantial experience architecting, deploying, and managing robust, scalable solutions in cloud environments. Demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement public cloud strategies that meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • Exhibit advanced understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) Systems, including hands-on expertise with Jamf, Intune, and Apple Device Enrolment Program (DEP), ensuring seamless configuration, security, and lifecycle management of mobile assets.
  • Hold comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of Core Enterprise Services, particularly DHCP and DNS, with a proven track record in optimizing these services for large, complex network environments to ensure reliable, high-performance connectivity.
