About you: As a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the reliability, performance, and security of our clients infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide advanced support and proactive solutions for complex issues related to Azure, networking, Intune, and Citrix. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a methodical thought process, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Day-to-day, you will: • Provide expert support for virtualisation, Citrix, and virtual networking (NSX, VMware). • Diagnose and resolve complex network, Bastion, RDP, and SQL database issues, optimising performance and security. • Administer and support Intune and Azure services for mobile and desktop device management. • Collaborate with support teams, document configurations, and implement security best practices. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Azure, networks, SQL, Intune, and Citrix. • Strong knowledge of physical and virtual networking, including VPNs, firewalls, and NSX. • Proficient in SQL database management, diagnostics, and Microsoft Intune deployments. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently.
