Infrastructure Engineer (Network)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountable for engineering, project, and operation of global Wireless Network and ISE Infra Accountable for level 1/2 network support with 24x7 escalation

EXPERIENCE

• Candidates should have over 1 years of network engineer experience with the following skills and competencies:
• In depth and hands on knowledges – Cisco WLC, Meraki, Cisco PI, NAC, ISE and WIFI Survey Tools
• Experience in NAC and WIFI design and problem (incident) support
• Experience in network automation via API and Python.
• Knowledge and experience in employing and using various networking trace tools, i.e. Ekahau, Wireshark, NetBrain, Netis and etc.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, ECSE in networking is an advantage

• Management of network daily activities; implement change, review change script and support incident and problem troubleshooting.
• Responsible to come up security solutions of NAC and ISE for various platform
• Responsible to come up Wireless network solution requested from Biz and engineering for Campus
• Responsible to deliver network projects with team upon the completion on time.
• Responsible to work with respective team members on the review of network architecture and detail design.
• Responsible to work with the respective server and application teams’ members in troubleshooting and identify root cause & for the completion of network initiatives.
• Responsible to work with respective countries’ network team members on the review of network architecture and design, troubleshooting as well as to work on the replacement of EOS network system or devices.
• Responsible for network devices as well as appliances, vulnerability review and assessment.
• Advance troubleshooting production problems with RCA and fault diagnosis
• Ensure system compliance with all established information security policies
• Perform periodic health check of network devices.
• Prepare technical reports, instructional manual and documentation of network designs and operational requirements.Willingness to be on call for 24x7 support.
