Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Infrastructure Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in System information Management, Computer Science or equivalen
Desired Qualifications:
- Domain expertise in Infrastructure engineering and architecture
- Act as a sales engineer providing technical expertise and business relationship engagement.
- 2+ years of experience in most of the following business relationship management capabilities
- developing, producing, and delivering regular and ad hoc management information to provide insights and aid decision-making.
- demand management including analyzing and proactively managing business demand for new services or modifications to existing service features or volumes.
- experience developing targets for service levels and assessing, monitoring, and managing the delivery of services against the targets.
- portfolio management developing and applying a management framework to define and deliver a portfolio of programs, projects and/or ongoing services.
- 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following technologies
- database technology with large transactional databases, data warehouses or the business of data management
- financial services operational experience in the business and technology in capital markets
- private and public cloud experience with focus on application modernization to take advantage of cloud native capabilities.
- Some experience in learning delivery which includes knowledge transfer, supporting skills development, and changing behaviors using a range of techniques, resources, and media
Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a CTO Business Relationship Management individual contributor with knowledge and experience in infrastructure engineering to support Consumer Technology (CT) and its business partners.
In this role, you will:
- Develop domain knowledge of CTO and CT organizational functions and processes.
- Lead or participate in high level technical discussions spanning technology and business.
- Partner with engineers and leaders to identify innovative opportunities to evaluate, prioritize, and shape initiatives for strategic value.
- Guide initiatives to develop infrastructure to provide solutions for business applications.
- Participate in various initiatives intended to continually improve or upgrade the infrastructure.
- Contribute to the evaluation of internal and external software solutions which could be leveraged to meet target state architecture goals.
- Assist in the design, build and deploy of infrastructure solutions through collaborative efforts with the team and third-party vendors.
- Advise on decisions in technical designs, implementation plans and identify project risks and resource requirements.
- Identify risks and controls of operations, focusing on policies, procedures, and work standards to ensure success.
- Recommend courses of action to maintain cost effectiveness and competitiveness.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Interact with internal customers and external vendors.
- Educate partners on CTO products consumption, new products, and strategic solutions that aligns to CCIBT goals.
- Navigate CTO teams to influence and negotiate delivery to meet CCIBT requirements.
- Review and analyze high impact outages impacting your CIO and work with CTO functional teams to ensure the proper processes and procedures are in place to avoid problems in the future.
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers.
