Description:
LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT (45%)
- Lead and develop infrastructure team through mentoring, coaching, 1:1s and strategic planning
- Manage resources, capacity and scheduling across BAU/project work, including recruitment and onboarding
- Drive team excellence through training programs, career development paths and continuous improvement

- Deep Microsoft ecosystem knowledge including Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, and Active Directory/Group Policy, with strong PowerShell automation capabilities
- Comprehensive experience with enterprise infrastructure including virtualization (vSphere, Hyper-V), storage solutions, and backup systems (particularly Veeam)
- Advanced networking expertise spanning multiple firewall platforms, Citrix environments, and unified communications (Teams, Mitel, Gamma)
- Proven experience implementing and managing hybrid cloud solutions, secure endpoint management, and enterprise infrastructure architectures
- Strong background in technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and documentation across complex environments
- Current knowledge of security practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends
- Exceptional team leadership combined with strong project planning and resource management capabilities
- Demonstrated expertise in ITIL frameworks, service delivery, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Outstanding communication skills (English fluency required) with ability to engage technical and business audiences effectively
