Description:
We are seeking an Infrastructure & Enterprise Engineer to join our supportive team.
This role involves maintaining and enhancing infrastructure systems, automating processes, and supporting the deployment of engineering designs into production environments. Ideal candidates will possess an aptitude for problem-solving and a readiness to engage with both established and emerging technologies.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred
- Proficiency in programming languages such as PowerShell or Python
- Experience with Microsoft Tools, AWS and Azure
- Knowledge of operating systems and system testing tools
- Background in debugging infrastructure and familiarity with working with infrastructure services
- Understanding of basic programming control flow and capability to write simple functions
- Competency in collecting data to support implementation of holistic solutions that integrate structure, people, process and technology
- Understanding of the importance of system and technology integration
- Demonstrates awareness of and curiosity about emerging technology trends and best practices
Responsibilities:
- Participate in implementing and deploying engineering designs into production
- Build and support projects/products in public/hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Configure, operate and automate cloud IaaS infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) with minimal assistance
- Develop and test standard software applications to ensure they meet design requirements
- Write code to automate troubleshooting steps
- Perform routine system administration duties following established policies and procedures
- Collect and analyze information to understand problems and identify their origins
- Implement solutions, escalating troubleshooting as necessary
- Develop working knowledge of company infrastructure and user requirements
- Report on current work status and collaborate with team members to co-develop solutions and solve problems
- Learn and apply new technical expertise in specific areas of engineering when needed
- Seek knowledge from subject matter experts to bolster understanding and capabilities in technical areas
