REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in French at a minimum B2 level and English at a minimum B2 level.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure monitoring (servers, networks, applications).
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational skills and a strong team player.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (partially remote, partially in the Katowice office).

• Monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications, to quickly detect and resolve issues.
• Analyze incidents and take corrective actions to ensure system uptime and availability.
• Escalate issues to relevant technical teams when necessary.
• Prepare monitoring reports and document incidents and solutions.
• Provide support and communicate with internal and external clients in French and English.
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize the infrastructure monitoring process.
