Description:

- Earned University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Successful experience delivering physical, virtualized, and/or containerized Network Function projects
- Delivered Automation of test systems and deployment
- Supported sales efforts to drive new business
- Successful experience with project control; you know where your project is and where it needs to go to meet your targets
- Strong understanding of project management

Responsibilities:
- Strategically, tactical and operationally responsible for the facility infrastructure in the Ottawa labs. The responsibility includes Power, Cooling, structured RF (Radio Frequency) cabling and general building-related services.
- Primary scope:
- Power and cooling capacity planning/investigation
- Monitoring of installed infrastructure services and equipment (UPS systems, DC Plant, Cooling Units, Generator)
- Measurement, calculation and analyze PEU (Electrical efficiency)
- Lead new/ re-builds related to facility infrastructure.
- Lead and drive Financial Infrastructure related projects (UPS, Cooling, Generator, DC plant)
- Monitor and approve Hardware Hosting tickets, as they relate to Power/Cooling requirements
- Responsible for Business Continuity Plans and updating the documents as required
- Ensuring that Lab consolidation and compacting projects are on track as the Lab space utilization is ~85% . All new space requests by PDUs need to be evaluated and cost estimates for lab upgrades or expansion provided GCM team.
