JOB SUMMARY:

As an Infrastructure Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire Scrum process within the infrastructure team, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Your role will encompass managing Scrum artifacts, maintaining Scrum tools, and guiding projects from assignment to implementation. You will support the management team’s efforts in change management, recommend and implement process improvements, compile project data, and report on the status of key projects to senior management.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

• Communication, Leadership, and Teamwork: Strong skills in communication, leadership, organization, time management, budget management, risk management, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Authentication Services (Active Directory and Azure Active Directory), Cyber Mitigation & Security Product Engineering, Regulatory Compliance, Reporting & Audit Response, Asset Management, Recording & Reporting, User management (authentication capability/infrastructure), Cloud SSO, IAM/PAM integration, and User GPOs.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technology or software development, with a strong preference for those with infrastructure management experience.
• Certifications: Scrum Certification is required.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field is preferred.
• If the candidate does not possess a relevant college degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Infrastructure Program Manager for a Full-Time remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and lead the entire Scrum process for the infrastructure team.
• Maintain Scrum artifacts and tools to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Take ownership of projects from assignment through to implementation.
• Support management in change management efforts and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Compile and analyze project data to provide regular updates to senior management.
• Consult with management and customers regarding product feasibility and the viability of network infrastructure plans and designs.
• Integrate emerging technology and product supportability into design and implementation strategies.
• Provide team members with data analysis for provisioning orders in bulk to multiple network service providers, including some billing reconciliation issues using Excel and MS Access.
• Act as a liaison between network engineers, development teams, and customer management.
• Provide advanced support for diagnosing and resolving complex problems to ensure minimal disruption to mission-critical systems and applications.
• Lead teams and provide day-to-day direction for infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards, focusing on designing comprehensive frameworks to address all security, data integrity, and privacy concerns.
