INFRASTRUCTURE RUN SERVICES MANAGER EMEA (M/F/D)
Our team in Essen currently has an opening for a Infrastructure Run Services Manager EMEA (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Infrastructure Run Services Teams and ticket management as well as support service KPIs.
- Accountability of escalations and conflict management.
- Transition, Support and Training of solutions from Infra Build Team.
- Work along security and global services team for implementation, communication and support of global solutions and standards.
- Coordination for scheduling and implementing changes during maintenance windows.
- Control of asset lifecycle management according to Brenntag’s policies, Budget management for end-user IT devices and consultancy services
- Implementation of managed services for cost reduction per ticket and standardization of infra services
- Vendor Management. Budget Management & Planning/Control
- Support to IT CoCs and Global projects.
- M&A Integrations
- Coach team members, and upskill competencies where needed
