As Infrastructure Specialist at UR, you will be responsible for enhancing and managing and as well maintaining our existing IT Infrastructure.

To give you an overview of how this affects your role and responsibilities you can look forward to working with:

  • Enhance, implement and maintain existing IT Infrastructure of the company, including networks, servers and storage systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components with existing systems and software
  • Monitor the performance and capacity of IT systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact operations
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure the reliability, security, and disaster recovery capabilities of IT systems through regular testing, backup, and failover processes
  • Be the escalation point for the IT Support team

Responsibilities:
