ABOUT YOU:

To excel within this role, you will have:

  • HND in IT related subject, or equivalent professional qualifications/experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced IT support environment.
  • Excellent working knowledge of deploying and managing computer and mobile device hardware.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Windows infrastructure, knowledge of Hyper-V and Windows server technologies are highly desirable.
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking principles – (LAN, IPv4, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, Managed Switches, VLANs).
  • Knowledge and experience of supporting the Microsoft 365 suite (MS Office, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Strong technical background with an ability to give instructions and advice to a non-technical audience.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Working knowledge of Telephony and SharePoint desirable.
  • Experience supporting Technology in a Hospitality business is desirable but not essential.
