Systems Engineer (m/f/d) Communications Engineering/ High Frequency Technology Satellite Operations

Your Tasks

• Operation and maintenance of satellite ground station antennas
• Design and regeneration of receiving and transmitting equipment
• Operation of the satellite system (monitoring of mission operations, orbit control)
• Further development of ground and flight procedures
• Operation and maintenance of the associated IT systems
• Support of the user in mission operations and in the further processing of the reconnaissance information obtained

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in the field of communications engineering, electrical engineering or cf. qualification
• Professional experience in a similar position
• Professional experience in the field of satellite operations or specification and operation of ground stations desirable
• Experience with engineering activities and requirements management
• Ability to communicate with team members and customers
• Experience in MATLAB and script programming
• Proactive, flexible, responsible and team player
• Very good written and spoken German, good English skills
