We are looking for a:
YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- Committed team player with a high sense of responsibility and an independent way of working in a national and global environment
- relevant professional experience in the application of SAP ERP HCM with a strong understanding of architecture designs and process flows
- Ideally, you have basic knowledge in SuccessFactors/Integration
- Knowledge in Employment Law for DACH Region
- Good operational knowledge of HR processes and/or more than 2 years of experience in HR or HR-IT
- Quick comprehension and understanding of complex relationships and process dependencies between legal, process and architecture aspects
- Enthusiasm for digitization topics and a high level of consulting expertise
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken Engagierter
Responsibilities:
- You will work in a small team as an in-house consultant for individual modules of the existing HR IT Landscape
- Act in the key user role as subject matter expert of several HCM and at least one SF module (to be aligned)
- Responsible for the ongoing SAP HCM applications, focusing on personnel administration, time management, payroll, and related interfaces include basic Customizing
- Beyond hands-on problem management, you will be involved in the continuous improvement and optimization of existing solutions include technical documentation and provide expert second-level support for dedicated applications
- You will identify optimization potential and develop solution proposals, accompany, and take responsibility for initiatives from conception to regular operation in close cooperation with the relevant stakeholders
- Coordinating and testing support packages, as well as designing, planning, and conducting user training and workshops, will also be part of your responsibilities
- In-house consulting for our share- and stakeholders in the context of the global strategy and for the human resources community regarding the feasibility of requirements and innovations based on the roadmap. Your role involves advising departments on processes and the technical implementation of requirements in SAP HCM systemsFor digitization and transformation activities, you will play a keyrole as a part or IT project leader on various HR IT platforms (also NON-SAP) in the Fujitsu Group
