About the Role
The Initiative Lead will assist the Property Technology Lead to develop digital solutions that simplify, enhance and automate the workplace employee experience, the operations of our buildings and the way we deliver our property services to the business.
As the Initiative Lead, you will also assist to research market and industry trends, iterate and implement the Property Technology Roadmap, create business and systems requirements and at times, represent Group Property in interactions with Group Technology, outsourced service providers and other relevant stakeholders for new solutions and changes to existing solutions, ensuring we meet all ADF obligations.

What will your day look like?

AS AN INITIATIVE LEAD, YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

Providing subject matter expertise on market and industry trends for property related technology – bring in new innovative thinking
Assisting in the creation and the implementation of a Group Property technology strategy and roadmap, including iterating the roadmap over time as needs evolve.

CREATING BUSINESS AND SYSTEMS REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING FOR:

Outsourced Service Provider technology provisions
ANZ owned/managed technology applications and infrastructure relevant to Property
At times, representing Group Property in interactions with Group Technology, outsourced service providers and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring that technology requirements are properly described, costed and implemented.
Supporting the design of solutions in collaboration with Group Architecture that support the overall Group Property strategy and operating model.
Governance to ensure we meet our ADF obligations and prioritisation of initiatives.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Industry knowledge & expertise in the area of Property/Real Estate technology.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills to develop and manage enduring relationships, including facilitating and influencing decision making of senior stakeholders within Group Property, Group Technology and other business areas as needed
Ability to define business requirements and translate into systems requirements
Ability to design innovative and commercially viable solutions that deliver business value
Champion design thinking and outcomes for Group Property
