Injury Management Officer

Manage individual injury cases from initial reporting through to return-to-work and full recovery.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, workplace policies, and best practices in injury management.
Coordinate with external officers and providers to ensure appropriate medical treatment, to facilitate rehabilitation back into the workplace.
Develop return to work plans in consultation with healthcare provides ensure they are implemented effectively.
Conduct assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend modifications to prevent injuries.
Assist with the development and implementation of training programs for employees and Supervisors on injury prevention, injury management, and workplace health and safety.
Assist with the development of injury management policies and procedures across the organisation.
Prepare regular reports on injury management activities, outcomes, and trends in addition to analysing data to identify areas for improvement.
