Responsibilities:
As an Injury Management Partner, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to manage workplace injuries. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of workplace injuries and workers compensation claims to facilitate a favourable outcome for all stakeholders and injured employees.
We have a hybrid working environment where you will be working from our Northbridge office, as well as from home. This opportunity is permanent full time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage workplace injuries and Workers Compensation claims.
- Provide advice and guidance to the HR team and managers to support best practice injury management and early return to work
- Conduct thorough reviews to develop a holistic and strategic case management plan for each claim.
- Monitor and analyse injury trends, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of injury management activities.
