Location: Newcastle, Central Coast & Surrounding Areas
Salary: $90,000 – $95,000 per year + Company Car + Penalty Rates

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & LICENSES
- Security License (NSW)
- OH&S General Induction (White Card)
- Inner Range Integriti certification (or relevant experience)
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Additional security certifications will be highly regarded
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
This position requires a skilled security technician with expertise in Inner Range Integriti systems. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing electronic security systems for commercial and government clients across Newcastle, the Central Coast, and surrounding areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, program, and commission Inner Range Integriti access control and security systems
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance on security systems
- Work both independently and collaboratively on construction projects and service contracts
- Ensure all security installations comply with industry standards and client requirements
- Provide technical support and customer training on Integriti systems
- Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to deliver high-quality service
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated technician who thrives in a hands-on role and has:
- Proven experience with Inner Range Integriti systems (certification preferred)
- A solid background in electronic security installations, fault finding, and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of access control, alarms, and CCTV integration
- The ability to work independently and lead small teams when required
- A strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer satisfactio
