Our Luxembourg office is expanding, we are looking for interns with interest in the areas related to UX/UI mockups, Agile and lean methodologies, AI.

JOB DESCRIPTION

At Wavestone Luxembourg, we support large international institutions in their digital transformation programmes. Our work includes performing workshops, design sprints, business analysis, and project management to help these institutions navigate and implement digital change effectively. As part of our team, you will engage with these projects and contribute to shaping the future of digital public services.

As an intern, you will:

• Work alongside experienced consultants on creative assignments to develop collaborative working methods for clients.
• Support the development of a team and offer around design thinking and innovation.
• Participate in business development while developing client relationships.
• Contribute to people development by supporting knowledge sharing and training within the LU office.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are pursuing a Master’s degree in business, management, or innovation from a Business School, Engineering School, or University.
• You are enthusiastic about digital transformation and new ways of working, with a keen interest in design thinking methodology and tools.
• You are creative, solution-oriented, and enjoy both challenging yourself and being challenged.
• You are eager to learn how to assemble, organize, and facilitate collective intelligence workshops and contribute innovative ideas.
• You are comfortable using MS Office, PowerPoint and notions in creative design tools like Canva and / or Miro.
• You are client-focused, dedicated to high-quality and timely delivery, and thrive in a collaborative, diverse, and international work environment.
• You are fluent in English, and proficiency in French or another language is a plus.
