WHO YOU ARE

• 1-3 years of experience in delivering technical projects.
• Strong technical skills in both Network and IT areas.
• Good understanding of emerging technologies and market trends.
• Experience in delivering technical projects or similar university projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and a collaborative mindset.
• Strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-oriented attitude.
• High level of self-motivation and independence.
• Preferred skills in programming languages/platforms such as Python, MySQL, UiPath, Javascript, Jira, Confluence, C#, Power BI, Bash, Linux, Qlik Sense, Tableau, OpenAI.
• Effective presentation skills for executive-level communication.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• University degree in IT&C.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing new technologies, identifying business opportunities, and accelerating digital transformation within the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative technologies and business models, including AI-integrated systems, drone divisions, and technological prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and launch new products and services that drive growth and profitability.
• Analyze and interpret existing data to support technological decisions, automate processes, and simplify the operation of technological infrastructure.
• Lead and participate in research and development projects, including “Proof of Concept” and MVP initiatives, to test and develop new technologies.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external technology partners, startups, suppliers, and academic institutions.
• Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration within the company.
• Engage in projects related to emerging technologies such as OpenRAN, 5G, IoT, Mobile Edge Computing, and more.
• Support and scale the drone operations division across multiple industries.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and Vodafone Group’s Code of Conduct.
