JOB DESCRIPTION:

The TDI Innovation team champions TD Insurance’s efforts to consistently improve our customer and employee experience, execute on key strategic projects and programs for the business, and deliver on the TD Insurance vision for the future. We are a team of rule makers and breakers, negotiators, strategists, delivery experts, intrapreneurs, disruptors and diplomats.
As a member of the TD Insurance Innovation team, you will help to deliver high-priority strategic projects for TD Insurance and lead the firm’s innovation strategy. You’ll help the team keep their fingers on the pulse of cutting-edge technology, new fintechs and insurtechs, as well as disruptive apps and businesses that are gaining attention in the insurance, banking and tech spaces.
Requirements
- Passionate about innovation, technology, and finding better ways to do things
- Be an inclusive team player who brings flexibility, humility, and professionalism to their work
- Self-motivated with a curiosity and passion for learning new things
- Able to analyze data using Excel and present it to senior leaders in visually appealing ways using Powerpoint and/or other similar tools. (Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint are important!)
- Comfortable presenting to/in front of executives and senior management

- This position is a 4-month work term and will commence January 6, 2025
