INTRODUCTION

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager - Innovation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in innovation management, strategic consulting, and a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative solutions. Experience in the startup ecosystem and venture capital (VC) is essential, as the role requires a deep understanding of early-stage business dynamics and investment strategies. The Manager - Innovation Consultant will be responsible for leading innovation projects, managing client relationships, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from business origination to full delivery and operational implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science,
• Master’s in engineering or business administration (preferred)
• Product / Project Manager certification (preferred)
• Trained in Agile and other innovation methodologies

EXPERIENCE

• 5-7 years of experience in innovation consulting, strategic consulting, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering successful innovation projects.
• Experience working with clients across various industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, and consumer goods.
• Direct experience within startups or venture capital firms, with a strong understanding of startup scaling, investment strategies, and the venture capital landscape.
• Extensive experience in project management, from business origination to full delivery and operations.

• Consulting business knowledge - commercial mindset to close deals and win clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and trends, particularly within the startup and venture capital ecosystems.

• Communication skills – Excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills
