QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business/brand management and program management (innovation processes).
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively, offering constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
• A strong balance between strategic thinking and execution—able to conceptualize and implement ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in English is required.
