Responsibilities:

The Innovation Project Manager should be able to support all management activities in our new solid oxide electrolyzer cell (SOEC) technology, be an interface to Dortmund and:

  • Coordinate and control the scheduled process and the interaction of the work packages with each other,
  • Support technology and intellectual property transfer,
  • Prepare product-related technical documentation and deliver work process descriptions,
  • Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget,
  • Support projects incl. joint content development with internal & external stakeholders,
  • Continuously align with the relevant departments to acquire a clear picture,
  • Support the local management team as a PMO,
  • Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and technology,
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation and management strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns,
  • Support in identifying & establishing relationships with strategic partners and potential cooperation partners,
  • Putting strategy into action: Setting up initial strategic measures,
  • Planning, organizing and moderating workshops.
