Are you passionate about driving innovation and supporting creative ideas? SSAP Europe is seeking an Innovation Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll plan, run, and facilitate workshops from our Innovation Services portfolio, including Ideathons, Hackathons, and Patent Mining sessions, while also developing new services. You’ll be responsible for promoting and selling our innovation services globally within Sony, building client relationships, and supporting internal innovators in realizing their ideas. You will:

• Plan, manage and facilitate various workshops and lectures from our Innovation Services portfolio and develop new services where applicable
• Sell and promote SSAP Europe’s Innovation Services, within Sony globally, whilst building client relationships
• Be part of a dynamic team working across the whole of Sony
• Work with exciting services such as Ideathons, Hackathons, Idea Sprints, Ideation workshops, Patent Mining sessions, Innovation Tours, Pitching workshops etc
• Support internal innovators to develop and communicate their ideas, whether they be for new business creation or internal improvements
• Contribute to planning, strategy and operational efficiency in the SSAP Europe team
