In this role you will report to the team manager and will be accountable for seeking your own opportunities, We are looking for experienced B2B sales professionals to join a customer focused, positive team of Inside Account Executives. You will be responsible for managing a base of small to medium sized businesses and create custom telecommunication solutions to meet revenue quota and customer needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ability to manage multiple product portfolios ,demonstrate continued growth and ability to cross sell.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales quota requirements that include new business acquisition margin targets, and base revenue KPI’s.
  • Act as the single point of contact selling & servicing an integrated suite of Rogers For Business solutions (i.e., Wireless, Network, Data Centre + Cloud, Business Productivity, and IOT Connectivity/IOT Solutions (Fleet & Asset Management) Must be a strong team player and ability to work within a “team selling” environment.
  • Responsible for creating and generating customer pricing quotes, and quarterback internal business case reviews.
  • Responsible for pro-actively maintaining a high level of Sales hygiene, forecasting, account planning, and various administrative responsibilities.
  • Responsible for growing and managing the business within a defined base of existing accounts.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of business sales experience, preferably in a telecommunication setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM and tracking applications.
  • Must have strong communication skills with business acumen to ensure business development conversations about client strategy, challenges, and strategic imperatives.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of modern selling techniques and virtual account management skills and acumen.
  • Passion to constantly learn and improve.
