Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills to successfully manage the growth and profitability of assigned territory.
  • Generates new business through inbound and outbound calling.
  • Identifies business growth opportunities through research and executes growth plans for the sales territory.
  • Responsible for having knowledge of customers within assigned territory and creating relationships at the purchasing, sales, and operational levels. Align with vendor management to introduce, drive, and execute goals. Helps coordinate customer engagement with Finance and Purchasing either directly or through executing actions of these groups.
  • Builds and maintains detailed account profiles for each customer and has ability to identify opportunities to attached additional TTD SYNNEX - SHYFT GLOBAL SERVICES solution offerings where applicable.
  • Develops written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts and delegates repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX - SHYFT GLOBAL SERVICES support teams.
  • Collaborate with sales support to ensure quotes/orders are processed timely and accurately.
  • Develop and maintain relationships at all levels with customers.
  • Possesses basic understanding of TD SYNNEX - SHYFT GLOBAL SERVICES strategy and initiatives and can provide value proposition to customer base.
