We are seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of customers, drive new business opportunities, and increase market share. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, overseeing account management from initiation to delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. DESCRIPTION

Position: Inside Sales Account Manager
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager
Supervises: N/A
Location: Remote
Headquarters: 100 Stonewall Blvd, Ste 3, Wrentham, MA 02093
Warehouse/2nd Office: 8605 Explorer Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80920
Experience: Prior experience in direct sales, marketing, or a related field. Experience in a school setting or with school-related sales/support is preferred.
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annual salary (commensurate with experience)
Status: Full-time / Exempt

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Motivated & Target-Driven: Highly motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Independent Work: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Market Research: Skilled in conducting market research and analyzing trends.
  • Metrics & Analysis: Competent in measuring key performance metrics and performing customer analysis.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Flexibility: Capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities, from simple tasks to complex strategic initiatives.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Repetitive Motion Activities: Expect to perform tasks that require repetitive movements, which might involve typing, using a mouse, or other similar actions.
  • Extended Sitting: You will need to be comfortable sitting for long periods, as the role is sedentary.
  • Multitasking: The job will require the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, which could involve juggling various projects or managing different types of work simultaneously.
