Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Joining us as an Inside Sales Representative, you will focus on revitalizing dormant accounts and uncovering untapped opportunities within our existing customer base. Initially targeting accounts inactive for 12 to 24 months, you will work to reignite engagement and explore potential for growth. As your expertise grows, you will transition to larger accounts, continuously raising performance thresholds.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Re-engage Dormant Accounts: Proactively contact dormant accounts that have been inactive for 12 to 24 months, with the goal of reigniting their interest and exploring growth opportunities.

  • Account Management: Operate on a named account basis, ensuring clear accountability and personalized account management to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Development Representatives and Account Managers, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure cohesive sales strategies.
  • CRM Management: Ensure that customer records are updated and maintained regularly in our CRM systems, providing accurate and up-to-date information for strategic decision-making.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, driving customers to purchase better versions of previously purchased products and new offerings.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role within the IT or software industry.

  • Language Skills: Speaks fluent English; proficiency in French, German, or Dutch is a significant asset.
  • Proactive and Results-Oriented: Demonstrates a proactive approach with a strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Open to Change: Embraces change and is adaptable to new processes, ensuring a positive attitude towards evolving company strategies.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
  • Team Player: Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
