The candidate much be confident and capable of maintaining open and accurate dialog with all levels of the end user community – up to to and including senior management level.

Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE
Predominantly a desk-based Account Representative function based out of Dublin. The role is focused on managing and developing a core base of mid-market to Enterprise clients. Account Representative, as member of EXA Customer Hub, will work across the wider organization, engage virtual bid teams to support win strategies whilst also leveraging the wider organization to help drive customer satisfaction and communication. It can be expected that there will be regular communication/interaction with technical resourcing, support teams, finance, marketing, operations, and senior management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and develop existing client relationships to maximize wallet share – this could include elements of service management, assisting with billing queries and general client support.
- Sell existing Infrastructure suite of products and solutions, which incorporates connectivity (Dark fibre, Wavelength, Ethernet Direct) and colocation services.
- Present solutions to the customer with the support of your sales engineering and senior/management team.
- Populate and maintain customer trackers to support account development.
- Manage several accounts to strategic growth.
- Work with marketing to drive further prospecting initiatives.
- Provide full visibility of business potential through the provided reporting tool.
- Provide timely and accurate business forecasts.
- Work with Product Management and Pre-Sales to create sound proposals.
- Drive opportunities from discovery, through development to close.
- Maintain and re-term/renew the allocated account base.
- Support regional sales team/Account Directors with some of TOP300 accounts.
