Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of sales or similar experience
- Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and self-motivated
- Excellent collaboration, relationship, and team-building skills across internal teams, including virtual teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Advanced software skills: Salesforce experience a plus, Outreach, ZoomInfo and ability to collect data insights
- Strong time management and attention to detail skills
- Puts people first
- Ability to travel

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The individual in this role will serve as support to Slalom’s global sales, marketing, and alliances team, building relationships and driving activity across assigned regions. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based corporate culture, be a self-starter, and be passionate working closely with many different roles within Slalom.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strong relationships and works closely with markets, account teams, and sales teams to drive net new meetings
- Influence sales by identifying target prospects and creating strategic campaigns in regions
- Takes initiative to research prospective accounts and targets, utilizing Account-Based Marketing tactics (customized content and replies, targeted and specific social media reach outs and offers, retargeting strategies via paid advertising, etc.)
- Owns strategic campaigns in Outreach, reports on metrics, and updates to sales teams making recommendations when needed (A/B testing of outreaches)
- Works closely with our Sales Enablement team to support sellers’ sales pursuits and help move opportunities to close
- Schedules and facilitates a great Slalom experience for prospective clients and/or qualifies prospect before handing off to local outside sellers
- Overcomes common objections from prospects
- Drives demand for net new sales in their assigned markets and/or accounts
- Meets quarterly + annual goals and metrics consistently
- Collaborate effectively with sales, account, and practice leaders to help move and close opportunities
- Travel as needed
