Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Inside Sales Caller will be responsible for reaching out to an existing list of warm clients who are already using our services. The primary goal is to engage these clients and explore opportunities for them to utilize our IT Managed Services which proactively manages and assumes responsibility for a client’s IT infrastructure and end-user systems. Offering range of services, including network management, cybersecurity, data backup, etc., this role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to effectively convey the value of our IT solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to a list of warm clients already using our other products to discuss their current services and introduce our IT Managed Services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify potential opportunities for additional services.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our IT Managed Services to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting warm leads into IT Managed Services clients.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure client satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on client responses and market trends.
  • Marketing: Assist with Blog and monthly Newsletters as well as other targeted materials and contact clients to discuss these resources.
