The Inside Sales consultant is responsible for supporting the Company in the overall development of the Sales function by promoting core and value added services through opportunity based sales.
Achieve business targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills.
You will be responsible for the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and
potential customers.

Aufgaben:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities via inbound leads and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Researching accounts to identify key players and generate interest
  • Conducting pre-call research to understand their prospects and their business needs, increasing their chances of success
  • Gathering relevant background information on the prospect and any social network connections, such as LinkedIn
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
  • Maintaining a constantly expanding database of prospects using internal CRM
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Partnering with other channels to build a pipeline and close deals
  • Collaborate with the wider sales function to determine necessary strategic sales approaches /campaignsEnsure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.

Wesentliche Kompetenzen:

  • Research skills, conducting relevant research and understanding the services beforehand, being able to explain in detail the value it offers for the client’s business, and the appeal it has for the client’s ideal customers
  • Rapport building skills
  • Communication skills, ability to mirror the prospects tone, volume and pitch
  • Interview skills, ability to conduct fact finding questions, understand the customers problems / business pain points
  • Ability to handle objectives and to probe for new opportunities
  • Broad knowledge of Professional services and quality services market
  • Previous direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, Prior experience in selling of services
  • You are fluent in the German language (at least level C1) and have a good command of the English language.
