OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be multilingual, and have a passion for helping others.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
  • Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; bilingual skills are advantageous.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintaining an accurate customer CRM
  • Assist customers with order processing, returns, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our system.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to promote products and services effectively.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and maintain a courteous demeanor at all times.
