Based in Porsgrunn, Norway, you will follow-up on quotations with customers as agreed with Outside Sales, qualify customer requests for quotation to ensure that a quote will meet the customers’ application and operational needs and also you will be answering to technical queries from customers by mail, phone or chat

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
Having previous experience in customer facing roles or technical sales environment will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Utilizing best practices and efficient use of Customer Support Center
- Performing work according to internal and external laws and procedures
- Participating in projects as an associated part of the Solutions group/project-team
- Negotiating sales orders within agreed delegation of authority
- Ensure purchase orders are commercially complete and accurate before processing for order entry when applicable
- Providing advice on technical solutions to customers and colleagues
- Assisting in external meetings held by outside sales
- Connect with manufacturing locations for queries regarding lead-time, specials, etc.Provide after-sales service to customers
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field is preferred
- Minimum of two years’ relevant work experience in the process industryProficient Nordic and English language skills (verbal, reading and writing)
