Responsibilities:

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

This is an entry level position with Watlow’s demand creation function whose main responsibility is to assist existing sales engineers on growth activities for their portfolio of accounts. This role may enable a path to become a sales engineer within the sales organization. This position will learn the basic fundamentals of sales positioning, product instruction and learning in customer solving techniques and skills. Interactions with accounts will be virtual from assigned phone coverage areas.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • ISE will provide, technical and application knowledge to assist customers with their product selection
  • Assist with identifying thermal needs and maximize ability to close orders from remote customer accounts
  • Support sales campaigns and initiatives to nurture inquiries and identify customer product needs and tracks data points/metrics as defined by the organization
  • ISE will work customer issue resolution with internal resources and communicates urgencies effectively to channel as required.
  • ISE will serve as an initial triage to determine appropriate support path (ISE, Sales Office, Distribution) in solving customer need.
