Description:

RESPONSOBILITIES

  • Coordinate and organise sales meetings and events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage and support daily sales-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Facilitate the sales process promptly and efficiently upon receipt of Purchase Orders.
  • Assist in taking minutes during meetings, documenting key discussion points, and action items for follow-up.
  • Provide support to the sales team in the preparation and submission of tender documents.
  • Prepare quotations and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Asist the sales team by compiling and organising necessary documentation for client interactions and field support.
  • Work in tandem with the sales team to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Focus on administrative duties to ensure the seamless operation of the sales back-end functions.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the sales team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma & above, preferably in Engineering/ Business/Marketing
  • Organizational Skills: Efficiently coordinate meetings, events, and manage sales documents.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in quotes, invoices, and other sales-related paperwork.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for documenting meetings and collaborating with the sales team.
  • Time Management: Effectively prioritise tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Customer Service: Support the sales team with client-facing documents and interactions.
  • Problem-Solving: Address issues quickly to keep the sales process running smoothly.
  • Teamwork: Collaboratewith the sales team to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office tools for documentation and communication.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Sales Process Knowledge: Understand the sales cycle and help streamline each stage.
