Here at BRE we are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team on a permanent basis!
You will collaborate with a diverse sales team to support BRE’s business areas, contributing to the growth of all BRE products and services in alignment with our strategic objectives. Your role will be essential in helping us achieve our ambitious goals for customer retention, acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • You will plan and execute the strategy to gain new business working with the central Business Development team
  • You will promote BRE and its products and services to a wide audience supporting the values and behaviours of BRE
  • Prospect for new, develop existing and successful manage and grow account performance
  • Develop and grow a healthy pipeline of activity and opportunities through (but not limited to) Bids and Tenders
  • Generate leads, develop relationships leading to new business, working with colleagues across the sales team and BRE
  • Report on all sales and commercial activity up to Board level utilising BRE’s reporting tools, including CRM and other reporting tools as requested
  • You will work closely with BRE’s Marketing team, Product Management and Customer Services teams to refine lead generation and promotional activity, and support customer satisfaction
  • Build and grow trusted working relationships both internally and externally
  • Feedback into services and schemes across BRE on customer insight and trends
  • Achieve stretching pipeline generation, sales revenue, profit contribution and conversion targets.
  • You will demonstrate and report performance against set KPI’s (including but not limited to; call volume, appointment setting, conversion rates, pipeline build, achieved v target and revenue generation.
