The Role
The Inside Sales Representative is essential to achieving our ambitious goals for customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate excels at making a high volume of calls daily, generating interest, qualifying leads, and closing sales. This role focuses on driving the company’s revenue growth and acquiring new customers through effective communication with both existing clients and prospects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet those requirements.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through follow-up on inbound leads and proactive outreach via cold calls and emails.
  • Create new leads by making cold calls, sending emails, and conducting effective lead follow-ups, while directing qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives for further development and deal closure.
  • Promote and sell the company’s products and services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with realtors, high-profile investors, property management personnel, concierge services, and more.
  • Achieve predefined quotas through consistent activity and volume of calls and prospecting efforts.
  • Maintain and expand a CRM database of potential customers within an assigned sales territory.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
  • Positive and optimistic demeanor
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls
  • Proven experience in inside sales
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong phone presence with experience making numerous calls daily
  • Proficient in corporate productivity tools and web presentation software
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation abilities
  • Skilled at multitasking, prioritizing, and effective time management
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial mindset is an asset
