Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Executive is tasked with generating new business leads, nurturing them, and guiding prospects through the sales funnel. This role involves significant cold outreach, so you should be prepared and comfortable making 20-50 cold calls each day.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and cold calling
- Follow up on leads provided by marketing or generated through other channels
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using Salesforce
- Work closely with marketing, field sales and technical teams to align strategies and share market feedback
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales skills and contribute to team growth
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in the inside sales, sales, or presales environment preferably within complex technical/industrial products
- Skilled at initiating phone discussions and overcoming objections
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Capable of handling rejection and persisting through challenges.
- Able to adjust strategies and approaches based on customer needs and market conditions
