CANDIDATE PROFILE:
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of sales experience and a background in customer service, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Solar and Renewables Manager the inside sales executive is part of Flogas Energy’s business development function. The role will entail managing all aspects of new customer acquisition as a desk based tele sales function, from prospecting, customer qualification and communication. This role will entail direct as well and indirect sales function. Superior customer service approach will be required with all prospect engagements through to account acquisition. This is a target-driven role with a requirement to work under pressure.
This role will initially be based out of our Dublin City Centre office but will primarily be based in our new offices at Dublin Airport Central later this year.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Generation and Desk based Sales
- Deliver sales targets (Margin target per month)
- Cold calling to identify new prospects
- Working with consultant channels to ensure contract wins
- Build accurate pipeline and manage all stages to closing
- Assist sales campaigns, preparation of written proposals, pricing / comparative and margin analyses to the high standards Flogas Enterprise expects.
- Accurate and timely Sales Reporting to management
- Gather and share market information including competitor activity
- Identify and create opportunities to cross-sell other Flogas Energy products and services
- Take responsibility for managing the day to day operational activity of acquiring new accounts as a desk based sales function
- Manage tele sales process from lead generation to close as a desk based sales function.
- Support corporate sales team as required (follow up on campaigns, generate leads, tender pricing support.
- Support corporate sales team in set up of customer folders.
- Update and manage database and ensure all prospects included in marketing communications activities.
- Support to account management team.
- Tender and pricing support as required.
- Supporting account managers on large accounts.
- Taking ownership for renewals of smaller customers contracts.
- Build knowledge of energy industry and Flogas Enterprise solutions
- Become comfortable in selling benefits of Flogas Enterprise products and services over the phone
- Understand competitors offering and how to sell against them
- Build relationships with all departments in Flogas Enterprise and work effectively with them to achieve goals
- Ensure high level of networking at industry events and build market contacts
- Achievement of new gross margin target
- Achieve Lead Generation targets per month
- Ensure follow up statistics on marketing campaigns reached
