Inside Sales Executive - Dudley
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up from existing
customer and colleagues.
- Work with the group to grow UK Sales within dedicated field.
- Capture the opportunity to improve and future proof with all NEW products
available on the market.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Contacting existing and new customers to explain the advantages of buying
their company’s products or services
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services
to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers
- Developing relationships with potential clients
- Maintaining good relationships with existing clients
Requirements and skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Proven to have good knowledge and understanding of Fire extinguishers in
accordance with British Standards manufacturers guidelines and BAFE
standards SP101
- Strong phone presence and experience in converting sales alongside being
comfortable talking with others.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals
- Good Written & Oral Communication skills alongside time management &
Organisational skills.
- Ability to Listen to Concerns & Handle Criticism without taking it personally.
