Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize performance and results.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers within target accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate challenges.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales organization, optimizing processes, tools, and resources to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in selling mobility solutions, enterprise software, or related technology products/services.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, including solution selling, value-based selling, and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and lead by example.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
