We are excited to announce that we are expanding our incredible team and seeking a talented Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join us on our journey of growth and success!

As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our growth strategy, and nurture relationships with valued clients, while driving business growth and exceeding sales targets. We provide an open market opportunity with no territory limitations. You have North America as your canvas for growth of your book of business.
Work Location: Surrey, BC (on site)
Status: Regular Full-time (RFT). Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm work schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong customer service skills with a minimum of 2 years of related experience

· Promotional merchandise experience in a sales or customer service capacity is considered an asset

  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of detailed work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in customer service and support.
  • Proficient levels of competency using Microsoft applications such as CRM and ERP systems, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

Responsibilities:

  • You will work hand in hand with our customer service teams to learn our system and understand the day-to-day aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Prospecting new potential accounts and re-energizing current client accounts.
  • Learn to build a pipeline of direct prospects and manage the sales stages from initiate to close.
  • Educate prospects and clients on product through clear communication.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate sales support activities, including management of the sales pipeline through sales tools and CRM system.
  • Involved in all phases of the sales cycle including - identifying and developing leads; meeting with clients; developing value propositions; to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Perform all aspects of selling professionally including - prospecting, approaching, presenting, handling objections, closing and follow-up.
  • Understand the competitive landscape (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) and determine how to position us to win.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients and upselling or cross-selling where possible.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all products and service offerings.
