Description:
¡This is an exciting opportunity for you! The Inside Sales will provide basic technical support to our internal and external sales personnel as well preparing basic technical-commercial proposals related with valves. Evaluating customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Provide assistance to customers and order entry process, all in accordance with company defined parameters.
- Takes part in the process of proposal scope definition, working with the customer and the Account Leader team to fill out the process and customer requirements.
- Participates in the technical design of a proposal – simplex complexity according to detailed standards and RFQ
- Works collaboratively with Operations and Sales Teams, also asking participation of Legal, EHS and Procurement departments, when it applies
- Ensure that proposals follow the Proposal Process established by Emerson and work to be alert identifying process improvements.
- Keeps record of the incoming quotations and orders in CRM following the Proposals Guidelines
- Be able to perform sizing and selection to choose equipment that will meet customer’s needs.
- Provide backup and support for other ISEs and team members to maintain service levels.
- Provide the technical and commercial review for the Order Management process maintaining the important metrics. Include inventory validations
- Be prepared to work in closing dates schedule by company and follow the organization arranged by Customer Care department.
- Provide support to Order Management, Logistic, Collectors teams when processing an order. Handel Customer Portals
- Maintain individual performance levels and ensure critical metrics stay aligned with targets.
- Participate in all required training provided by the company, such as those related to Trade Compliance and all training related to compliance with legal regulations and / or Corporate Policies, and may also be the mentor/guide of these issues if it is required.
- Must follow the ethical principles, vision, mission and be aligned with the values defined by the top management of the company.
- Acquires the certification in products selling skills and applications knowledge that might be requested periodically by the division.
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Student or Engineering degree.
- 1 year of experience crafting valves proposals.
- Proficiency in English language able to speak and understand a technical or commercial conversation.
