Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the sales team while fostering a winning environment.
  • Responsibility for your own target as wqell as the team’s.
  • Providing training, role play, coaching and mentorship to the sales department as a team and on an individual basis.
  • Reviewing targets, processes, and metrics consistently to ensure strategies for forward momentum.
  • Planning, developing, and implementing sales strategies that position AVI-SPL for growth and success.
  • Providing on-the-ground support for the Inside Sales Representatives as they generate leads and close deals.
  • Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Focus and maintain performance efforts of the team on current business goals.
  • Forecasting monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with regional sales directors and field sales management, across the matrixed sales organization, to grow and exceed targets, understand the customer base, including account mapping.
  • Instill strong pipeline management rigor to support forecasting and seller performance.
  • Perform regular analysis of sales metrics and lead with a data driven approach.
  • Partner with marketing and partners on product offering promotions and campaigns.
  • Identify emerging markets, market and product trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Establish and track key customer satisfaction metrics including a continuous improvement feedback loop.
  • Build an open-communication environment for the team
