As an Inside Sales Manager you will be responsible to open opportunities for our sales team to sell energy management systems and smart thermostats into the hospitality and MDU space.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Call and email hospitality and MDU market decision makers in order to introduce them to our technology.
- Hunt and contact value added resellers who can drive sales into our target accounts.
- Book and confirm in person presentations ad web demos for our outside salespeople.
- Collaborate with our leads generation team to organize your daily calls and emailing campaigns.
- Enter sales related data into our CRM.
- Research and use sales optimization tools to create effective reach outs and follow ups.
- Research online to find hospitality and MDU groups and their decision makers.
- Drive to compete as a lead generator leader while still being a great team player.
FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
- University/High School degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent customer relations skills, including a friendly and approachable demeanor and a dedication to providing outstanding service.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Comfortable in using a CRM and the ability to incorporate automated sales tools to produce a larger sales pipeline.
- Fluent skills in English.
- Quick learning skills that allow you to excel with new markets, products and technology.
