EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Healthcare industry performing Inside sales
  • Minimum of 1 year experience leading a team of Inside sales representatives
  • Prior experience using sales enablement tools e.g. but not limited to Zoom Info, Zymewire, Global Data and Sales Navigator Focus on feasibility and patient recruitment/ engagement would be preferrable but not mandatory
  • Prior experience setting up an inside sales team and associated processes and success metrics
  • Prior experience using Salesforce CRM system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Clinical Research experience is essential, and Patient Recruitment experience is preferred.

EDUCATION

  • University degree (bachelor or master level) or clinical background (nursing, MD) preferred

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build up the inside sales function: to establish a methodology, processes and identify the optimal toolset and system access required to effectively run an inside sales function. There will also be a need to develop in conjunction with the Head of Sales the associated KPI’s and success metrics to quantify the value of the Inside Sales function to help justify continued investment and growth of the team.
You will be given autonomy to demonstrate the ROI and continue to grow the team YoY.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research customer drug development pipelines to identify opportunities and the most relevant contacts in the company utilizing tools such as GlobalData, Zoominfo, Clinicaltrials.gov, LinkedIn, conference lists, etc. to support sales growth.
  • Learn and understand Trialbee offerings, products, pricing and differentiators. Stay current with Trialbee solution and product roadmap in order to articulate strategic direction.
  • Deliver compelling written and verbal communication to potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, through multiple efforts including cold calling to schedule meetings and generate qualified leads and meetings for members of the Business Development team
  • Enhance CRM database with new customer and contact information, leads and opportunities.
  • Establish a methodology, processes and identify the optimal toolset and system access required to effectively run an inside sales function
  • Develop in conjunction with the Head of Sales the associated KPI’s and success metrics to quantify the value of the Inside Sales function
  • Collaboration with Marketing department so ensure the messaging we produce is resonating with customers and directly influence what sales needs so that you have the required content to effectively support your role and grow sales
