ROLE OVERVIEW
Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative / Manager for the EMEA region. Drive sales success through effective communication, relationship-building, and a keen understanding of the market. Be a key player in expanding our reach and exceeding sales targets. YOUR TASKS
- Support our global Sales team in administrative and operational task, organization, planning & implementation of strategies.
- Create presentations, reports and statistics, and organize trainings and meetings
- Maintain customer and sales data in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Support at lead, quote and opportunity management in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Act as an interface between Account Managers, Professional Services, Order Fulfillment Center, Product Management and all related departments
- Support the global sales team preparing, processing and following up opportunities and orders
- Planning, coordinating and following up on workshops as well as trade shows
