Description:

Location: Singapore
We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative for our client. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through proactive sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the marine industry, excellent communication skills, detail oriented and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 10 years of inside sales experience – a plus if you have experience from marine sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Good knowledge of the marine industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence within the marine sector.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts and opportunities within the marine industry, fostering relationships for long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Work closely with the Inside sales team in HQ to ensure synchronization in marketing efforts.
